Information you provide

When you contact Kaiju, you may provide your name, work email, company, use case, desired plan, technologies of interest, company volume, integration requirements, and an optional message. Submit only company names, public website addresses, and business context you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential restricted datasets through the public form.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, prepare an assisted company evaluation or product review when requested, evaluate company-research and deployment requirements, improve the product, and maintain the security of the website. Kaiju does not claim to sell personal information.

Contact and evaluation forms use Apollo form enrichment and submission. Apollo may process the work email, name, company, inquiry type, and message entered into those forms. Kaiju’s separate Apollo website-visitor tracker is disabled by default.

Introductory access

Kaiju may offer a one-time allowance of 25 introductory enrichments without requiring a credit card. Limited device, session, and service-use information may be processed to operate the allowance, secure the product, and prevent abuse. Sign-in and organization details are requested only when the user chooses to preserve work, collaborate, or continue beyond the introductory allowance.

Website and service data

The hosting provider may process request information needed to deliver and secure the site. Product data handling, subprocessors, retention, deletion, and customer obligations will be documented in production agreements before paid general availability.

Business and contact data

Kaiju is intended to work with company, website, technology, and professional business-contact information. The availability and permitted use of that data can depend on source, jurisdiction, customer purpose, and contract. Customers remain responsible for using exported or synchronized data lawfully.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. Contact hello@kaiju.industries for a website privacy request.
