Kaiju uses browser storage that is necessary to deliver, secure, and operate this website. Analytics remains off until you allow it. For eligible United States traffic, RB2B business-visitor identification may start by default and remains available until you turn Marketing visitor identification off. Elsewhere, Marketing visitor identification remains off until you allow it.
Kaiju does not use the marketing website to build consumer advertising profiles or sell access to uploaded customer data.
Essential storage
Essential storage supports functions such as:
- Delivering and securing website requests.
- Preserving a form or navigation state when the feature requires it.
- Remembering your privacy choices.
- Preventing abuse and maintaining service reliability.
The kaiju_privacy_preferences cookie stores only the current preference-schema version and whether Analytics and Marketing visitor identification are allowed. On Kaiju subdomains, the cookie can be shared across kaiju.land so separately deployed Kaiju surfaces can honor one choice.
Disabling essential storage through browser controls may prevent a related feature from working correctly.
Analytics
If you allow Analytics, Kaiju loads PostHog to understand website navigation, acquisition, conversion, and browser failures. PostHog may receive page URLs, allowed attribution parameters, referrers, browser and device metadata, anonymous identifiers, explicit website events, browser exceptions, and sampled session recordings.
Kaiju does not intentionally send contact-form values such as your name, email, company, or message as PostHog event properties. Session replay masks form inputs. Kaiju’s website configuration also disables recording network request and response bodies and headers and removes arbitrary query values from replay page and network URLs before they leave the browser.
PostHog remains anonymous on the public marketing website because the site does not identify you as a Kaiju account user. If a separately deployed Kaiju application later uses the same PostHog project, an allowed anonymous journey may continue across Kaiju subdomains before the application identifies an authenticated account.
PostHog retention depends on the active project plan and data type. Kaiju uses that retention only for the purposes described above and reviews this notice before intentionally adopting materially longer website-tracking retention.
Marketing visitor identification
When Marketing visitor identification is active, Kaiju may load RB2B and, after an explicit saved choice, Apollo website visitor tracking. For eligible United States traffic without a saved preference, RB2B may start by default. Elsewhere, RB2B starts only after you allow Marketing visitor identification. These services can process pageview, browser, device, network, company, and available professional business-contact information to help Kaiju understand which businesses are visiting and support business-development follow-up.
This preference is separate from the optional email-marketing consent shown inside Kaiju’s contact, evaluation, and meeting forms. Allowing website visitor identification does not subscribe you to marketing email, and submitting a form does not change your website tracking preference.
Contact forms and third-party services
Contact, evaluation, and meeting forms use Apollo form submission when you choose to send an inquiry. Apollo may process the work email, name, company, inquiry type, message, evaluation details, and recorded consent choices required to route and respond to that submission.
Other third-party services may set or read storage when a requested website feature requires them, such as hosting, security, checkout, authentication, scheduling, or embedded content. Kaiju reviews this policy when those services materially change website storage or optional tracking.
Your controls
Use Privacy choices in the website footer to allow, reject, or change optional tracking. Most browsers also allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage.
Kaiju honors Global Privacy Control on this website by keeping optional Analytics and Marketing visitor identification off while the browser signal is active.
Withdrawing Marketing visitor identification reloads the page so already-running visitor-identification scripts stop. Previously processed data may remain subject to the provider’s retention and deletion controls.
